Getting pain after urine and feeling heat after urine . again coming urine with 5 mins.. same problem I faced 4 times , please suggest .

Hi sir,i underwent hair transplant 3 years ago, since then i am taking Finasteride 1 mg, but recently i read pcpt trial, which says that Finasteride causes high grafe cancer on lon term intake , is it true , can i continue drug for another 3 years?

I am 45 year old male. I am suffering from hypertension since 2 years. and now from 2 weeks I am noticing that my urine in the morning is very foamy. I do not have any pain while urinating. I want to know the reason why do I have foaming urine in the morning?

I have uti from almost 2 weeks . Earlier i took ceff but then it recurred then i took phexin with pyridium. I guess it is not getting better since a long time. It is fine till I take medications but then next day it burns.

My father facing the kidney problem for last 7 years and finally doctors confirmed in Government hospital at Chennai ,it's a chronic kidney disease stage -v and left arm they instructed the needle that's not working properly.they planning to insert the needle through abdomen for dialysis.

I just git the result of my ct scan for both sides of my kidneys and the impression is Bilateral nephrocalcinosis and bilateral microlithiases. Pyramidal calcifications are seen bilarerally with multiple calyceal lithiasis in both kidneys rangin from 2mm to 5mm mean attenuation value of approxumately +151 HU to +305 HU. A well defined thin-walled hypodense cystic focus is seen lower pole cortex of the right kidney measuring approximately 1.0 × 1.0 cm. Both kidneys appear normal.in size and morphology. Cortimedullary differentiation is intact. No hydronephrosis is noted. My urologist said it wud be better if he will remove it thru shockwave . Cant this stines be remove thru medications first? Tnx

I am a ckd patient for the past 5 years my creatinine was around 2.But 4 months back it rose to 2.5 then the Dr prescribed APLAZAR since taking it in a space of 2 months time my creatinine has been increasing ie 2.5 to 3.1 to 3.4 at the same time my urine protein has come down from 3++ to 2++.
