Hello My son is 7 years old and studying in 3rd standard.At birth he underwent surgery on the back for a lump and since then he had delayed milestones but recovered well so far but he still has problem with urination as he not able to empty bladder fully like normal person and also doesn't get urge for urination .Kindly advise medication and further treatment.

Gall bladder stones

Patient getting pain while walking and sitting at right side of stomach. If eat anything getting vomiting. So we go for scan and found *multiple calculi of varying sizes noted filling within the lumen,most of calculi size measuring 5-7mm. Gallbladder contracted. Is this only reason for that problems? Or any other. Please go through the report and help me to proceed.
