Kidney Problems

I have been having pain in groin and back due to a 5.6mm stone in urinary bladder. I was told that the stone will pass out on its own by drinking lots of water. I was also asked to take urimax 0.4mg twice a day. My question is what medicine would be best for easing the pain till the stone passes out. I tried dynapar earlier but it causes severe constipation. Combiflam is not very effective. Is there any other medicine that can be taken. Thanks

My microalbumin is 325, however my KFT and LFT is normal...My average blood glucose level is 200 and HBA1C is 8.7...should i consult the doctor or reduce the microalbumin level by exercise and maintaing lifestyle...
