In recent KFT test my creatinine level came up 1.42 mg/dl. Is it serious issue? What should I do now, shall I meet a general physician or a Nephrologist.
Please advise.

Please get a Ultrasound KUB done. If there is a stone or urinary obstruction. You should meet Me or any other qualified Urologist, else you should consult a nephrologist.
