Hormonal Imbalances

I am 41 years old women. I have PCOS and Diabetes detected Last December I had prolonged period issue for 2.5 weeks for which gynaecologist prescribed Novelon for 3 cycles ,I have completed 1 pack of novelon I got my blood test done and HBA1C is 9.4 and fasting sugar is 265 Please note till now I have not taken or started any diabetes medicine. I consulted general physician and he prescribed me Tab. Gluconorm VG2 1 tab once a day before breakfast Tab. Dapaease trio 500 mg 1 tab once a day before dinner Please confirm are these diabetic medicines and doses  are fine for me to start for first time

My father is on Istamet DXR - 500 but recently his blood sugars have peaked and hba1c is 7. So doctor has suggested additional dosage of vildagliptin 50 in the night. I wanted second opinion on this. If two different gliptins are not recommended, and  if Istamet d alone is not sufficient then what are the options? Kindly suggest.

I m taking levothyroxine sodium tablet 25mcg for past 2 years. But now I have  blood tested 2 times without taking pills with a gap of 3 months between both tests and my thyroid is coming normal and is in safe range...I want to know that should I stop taking these pills or continue or decrease the mcg of these tablets??

I am 34 have been hitting the gym to reduce weight. I have normal BP, HBA1C is 5.5, Total Cholestrol is 220, Triglyceride is 350. Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency. LFT normal, CBC is normal I am already taking Vita D and B12 capsules on doctor recommendation and trying to reduce cholesterol via food changes. But I want to explore Omega 3 supplement for triglyceride. Please recommend good brand/dosage for me.
