I am a 32-year-old female weighing around 80 kg. I recently heard about the injection Mounjaro being used for weight loss and appetite control. I wanted to know: • Is Mounjaro safe for weight loss in someone without diabetes? • Would it be suitable in my case? • Which specialist should I consult for this in Pune (endocrinologist, bariatric doctor, or general physician)? • Are there any important side effects I should know about?

My wife has had Type 2 diabetes since the age of about 19–20 and she is now 29. For many years she was taking Glycomet SR 500 mg twice daily and her blood sugar used to remain around 105–110 mg/dL. Recently this dose was not controlling her sugar well and her HbA1c increased to 8.7%. After consulting an endocrinologist, her dose was increased to Glycomet SR 1000 mg twice daily and she was also given a diet plan (oats roti/vegetables in the morning, small portion of rice with vegetables,dal and fish/meat/paneer at lunch, boiled chickpeas in the evening, and 2 rotis with vegetables at night). Her sugar is now around 108–110 mg/dL and HbA1c has improved to 7% in one month.However, since increasing the dose she has been experiencing loose stools. she stops eating oat roti in the morning,then., She passes stool normally in the morning but does not feel completely relieved and has to go 2–3 more times during the day. The stool is somewhat loose,similar to mild dysentery.and loosing weight.

I have tested for blood sugar and results are Fasting 151.4 and PP-228.5 mg/dl. Please suggest me what to do.

Recently I got my medical report where my sugar level was on higher side. I want to loose weight but got stuck in many issues. How critical this is and what next steps to take?

My triglycerides -170,ldl -120 do i need any medicine for controlling triglycerides i have anxiety also or only required medicine to control sugar if iis high

My father aged 60 years having diabetes since last 20 years Presently taking ozomet pg 2 in morning before breakfast and zukonorm 50/500 before lunch and istamet 100/1000 at night but his sugar increased in winter upto 300 post meal 300 sugar is on the higher side Mostly his sugars are on the higher side sometime it is ok This time in winter his sugars increased Are these medicines fine or should any change be done ? Otherwise he got full body check up done it is fine no protein in urine and everything is fine Should he consult another dr or is it ok or any dose adjustment is required? Bp is under control he also has hypertension since last 10 years

If my father gets even a small injury or minor hit, marks like these appear on his skin and they do not go away easily. He is a diabetic patient, and even a small wound takes a very long time to heal. The marks remain for a long time and sometimes do not fade completely. Is this something to be concerned about? What can be done to treat this properly and help the marks heal or fade?
