Hi, I’m a 34-year-old female. My ESR and CRP are high, and I weigh 71 kg. I’m not able to lose weight. I’m 5’1” tall and have inflammation in my body. What could be the reason?Following diet but weight not reducing

Struggling with losing weight from years now even though other parameters are fairly normal. I am active and eat decent but metabolism is very low and food cravings is too high. Heard about Rybelsus being prescribed for weight loss since I don't want to take injection. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

After stopping clomiphene, does IGF-1 usually return to the previous baseline, or can it remain slightly reduced even after stopping? How long does it typically take for IGF-1 to normalize after discontinuation?

My psychiatrist currently has me taking clonidine for sleep. Another doctor recently prescribed clomiphene, but I forgot to mention that I am already taking clonidine. Should I contact the doctor and inform them about the clonidine before taking the first dose of clomiphene, or is this combination generally considered okay? I’m mainly concerned about whether there could be any interaction or blood-pressure-related issue between the two medicines.
