Hi, I am looking for a list of blood test that helps to know the reason for my obesity. I tried lot of fasting diet and my weight is reducing well but if I skip it then the weight is rebounce to 2x. Help me to understand this. I want to know the root cause for obesity any help please

My thyroid levels are under control at 2.589 (TSH) But my doctor suggested that I take Thyronorm 50 mcg daily. I have been doing that for four years now. I take the tablet at 8 am on empty stomach. It is a bit inconvenient for me. Can I take it in the evening say at 5 pm daily. I eat dinner at around 9.30 pm. In between, I drink juice during badminton at 8 pm and eat a small bite of brownie at 7.45 pm. Please advise if it is ok to take the tablet at 5 pm. Thanks.

I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I eat less and hardly eat oily food more over I can't digest And I reduce my food intake even more or starve myself I get so weak and low blood pressure. Because of my weight it hampers my daily physical activity, everyone is so energetic and I can't work like them. I tried my best for so long but it's not working. I get tired so easily. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy

I tested for blood sugar today 21.7.2026. The fasting glucose seems ok but the PP is slightly low at 65. The Hba1c also is slightly high. The thyroid level is ok but seems in the borderline. Attached is my test results. Could you please advise. Thanks.

I have lost 15 lg weight in 40 days. I saw my weight was 101 kg on Wednesday & today is 103 kg. What could be the reason for gain?

I have pcos and my random blood sugar level is 89. And my HbA1c level is 5.7. Is this normal? Or is it a prediabetic?

I was getting throat infections often, so I went and saw an ENT specialist. He immediately asked me to do a CT scan for sinus - PNS CT scan. He gave medicines too. The next day I went to the scan center, there were many warning signs. Even the nurse said it has radiation. Even ChatGPT said CT scan has radiation and shouldn't be done unnecessarily. I should have said, I will think about it and come tomorrow. But I paid the money then they asked to sign a paper that they are not responsible for any side effects. Then the report came back and the doctor said no sinus problem. But I feel extremely anxious about the side effects. I read so many articles online and they said even one CT scan can increase the cancer risk in future especially in women who are younger. I am around 25 years old, female. I asked the doctor and he gave me an anti-depressant but I am still not convinced. I am still feeling extremely lost. I feel like I spoiled my future. Please someone help me from this mental pain

After every meal around after 3 hours my eye gets heavy and I feel low energy and sleepy, my eye gets heavy and slight burning feel and lethargy

TSH 10 diagnosed first 1 year back & started on 50 mcg after which TSH 0.13. On 25 mcg TSH came 5.6 On 37.5 , TSH 9 On 50 mcg TSH 3.3 On 50 mcg,  current TSH 5.6 and Thyronorm dose increased 62.5 mcg Patient 72 yrs has liver disease hypertension prediabetes. No thyroid symptoms, weight 52.40 kg. Is Thyronorm dose given now of 62.5 for TSH 5.6 appropriate?

Today I consulted for weight loss . The doctor suggested me to go for mournjaro injection for 6 months. I am not sure how safe it is to take these injections since I don't know it's short term and long term side effects. Will it be fine to go for these injection and what is the probability that weight gain may not occur Again. Please advise.
