Hormonal Imbalances

I having suffering from hypothyroidism from last 3 year and infertility I was taking levothyroxine 50mcg daily but recently I have been feeling low energy, had weight gain hair fall thinning and periods become short and less bleeding than previous gyene dr advice to reduce the dose to 50 mcg but new report is also low tsh level plz see my report what I can do further is this something very problematic plz advice

Recently iam check my sugar values that is 1.Hba1c 5.6 2.Exactly 2 hrs of post prandial afternoon meals      134 (Morning breakfast,2 coffees,1T,Meals) 3.RBS 84 at evening. This is normal or not? Again how often check my sugar levels. Pls suggest. Regards.

Due to diabetes, my eye is getting blurred. I was trying to figure out what all side effect we can have due to diabetes. Whether there is chance of heart attack due to high sugar range (300 to 500) or any other issue. Please let me know on this.

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism during my natural miscarriage and after that taking medication from 3 years but recently it is fluctuating like tsh went to 0.007 and dr reduce the dose from 50 mcg to 25 mcg and I have had failed ivf cycles and recently my dr advice for thyroid antibodies tg is high which was normal 3 years ago pls see the report and advice is this can cause infertility and other problem as well

I have been taking medicine for thyroid if someone taking medication what blood test they should do like normal thyroid profile or free thyroid profile plz suggest and also can I take medicine on day of blood test or do without taking medication plz suggest

Diabetic patient, 69 years male has huge swelling at feet. Creatinine uria urine ARC sgpt tests are normal. Doctor adviced to do echocardiogram test. Could you please tell me is the report normal? I have attached the echocardiogram report here. Thank you.
