Feeling weekeness and restlessness. He is under treatment for High sugar and low bp problems. From last 15 he is facing gastric  problem and acidity.

My father is having sugar of 395 and bp 160/90 he is having fever of 101 to 102° during night times and cough now cough not there he is having fever what to do

Continuously one week I checked BP on digital BP apparatus it reads systolic 130 to 140 and diastolic 90 to 103.  Shall I use any medicine? Plz prescribe

Dr,  My wife has hyperthyroid. Recent test results T3 240 , T4 18.2 and TSH 0.02.Pls advice. Age 42.

Today i. Checked my hba1c at different labs. First lab checked by erba analyzer, itshows 5.8 And FBS is 78 at morning. Afternoon Two and half hours of meals i checked another lab by hplc method and give a strip also that shows 5.6 and Post prandial 100. Which is accurate method. That is Erba or HPLC method. Iam non diabetic. The both values are normal? Pls suggest. Regards,

My friend is having abnromal fat distribution on chest area.all the hormonal assay were normal.there was history of mastitis in adolescent period.even after exercise he is not able to shed it.kindly guide us what to do? It create low confidence in him.

I have diagnosed hypothyroid before 4mnth with TSH level 10.35 and taking 50mcg thyronorm.. then my TSH go down with TSH 0.20 level and taking 25mcg tablet... I have ear pressure from last 2mnths which not going away...constant throat clearing, over mucus production..sortness of breath.. I have consulted to ENT for this regard he said post nasal drip/Sinusitis and treat with medication for 25days but my problem got worsen...so I droped... I want to know is that any possibility in hypothyroid for ear pressure shortness of breathe mucus over production...cough while eating...what will be the treatment? And test to diagnosed...today my TSH level is 6.25 ...should I have to take 50mcg now?

Sir/Madam, My dad is asthamatic person and last year he has been diagonsed with diabetes We are taking both the medicines together as per attachment But due to lockdown we are not able to do blood check up for diabetes / sugar From last 5 months we are continuing with same medicines Is it safe to continue same medicines as we are not able to do blood checkup I have attached last prescription of our specialist doctor for your preference What all precautions should we take Please guide
