I did a couple of sudden sugar checks at home with a glucometer. They seem to be high, the castings were around 150 and pp around 250. Can you please suggest the way forward.

Iam checked hba1c at 3 months back .The result is 4.5. Then again check yesterday it shows 5.8. Iam not trusted because the lab analyse by erba auto analyser. It is possible even 3 months change 1.3 % of  hba1c increased in 3 months duration. Then I went to another lab and done hba1c by using Hplc method the result is 5.6. FBS 78 PPBS 100. RBS 100 at evening. My sugar values always very normal. I don't have family history. Pls suggest. Regards.

I am having type 2 diabetes. I am taking methylcobalamin 1500mcg at morning. B12 750mcg at night. My blood B12 range is 1103pg/ml. My blood D level is 17.8 ng/ml Iron level is 85.9 mg/dl Calcium level is 9.5 mg/dl HBA1c is 5.6%. Vitamin supplement how much to be taken to improve? What brand is best.

My first diagnosed thyroid was 10.35, TSH I was taking thyronorm 50mcg then my TSH gone down to 0.206 so taking 25mcg but now my TSH shows 6.25 ...what dose/mcg should I take now?
