What is the cause for diebetes and how to get rid permanent solution from diabetes through generic medicines or low cost treatment ? Suggest specialist doctor.

I am suffering from diabetes from past 1yr n I am gaining weight n I feel like to sleep always .sometimes tiredness

My TSH level is at 5.79, T3-74, T4-5.3. Do I need to take medicines for the above levels. Does it cause joint pains in chest and back, as I am having too much pain in my ribs and back. My hairfall has also increased. I feel cold sensitivity, even in hot weather I sometimes feel a sensation of cold. I get frequent throat pain. I would like to know whom to consult for ? My cholestrol levels also are high.

I am taking pregabalin for neuropathic pain since last 7years. But last 15days, after taking this tablet, breathing shortness feeling. Is the side effect of this tablet while long term taking?

Shoulder pain on her right shoulder, the pain is intermittent and whenever it appears, she feels it very painful to lift her hand up. Hi my TSH level has come 4.5 with thyroxin tab 25mg  though t3 t4 is in good range. I want to reduce tsh level naturally. What should i do to reduce it naturally or lifestyle change. Pls suggest.
