I am taking Gluconorm SR 1 g & Pioz 0.5 each tab once daily before breakfast.
But due to movement restrictions due to current pandemic my habit of daily walking around 3500 + steps & 30/40 min pranayam suffered a set back and now the fasting bs is around 160 mg/dl and PP is around 180 mg/dl, and HbA1c is 7.4% for around last 2 months .
My eating:
1) Warm water 1 glass and Tea ( with Sugar free globule) 1 cup
2)Break fast :MasaLa Oats 1/4 bowl ( 75 gm)
3) Lunch: Wheat Roti 3 nod, veg, pulse , chicken/fish ( small quantity)
4) Evening Tea with little snax
5) Dinner 2 wheat Roti's, veg, pulse, any non veg if available( small quantity)
Though I have again commenced my walking activities but the b sugar is not coming down.
