Dear Doctor, My father is 63 years old, he is advised to do immediate catract surgery by eye doctor as it was already delayed.. But last week when we took blood test his sugar level is very high 376 and also had Bp of 180/100.. He is taking gemer tablet for blood sugar but its not controlling his sugar level, Please kindly advise how to reduce his sugar and bp level fast to undergo with eye surgery. Thanks a lot...

I am having dull pain in my abdomen from a month and even fatigue,nausea,weakness etc.a month back had taken a vitamin test which have been attached but the result was 121ng/dl.do I suffer from vitamin d3 toxicity and what should I do now to cure it as to recover from this problem.

Hello sir, Im dr.prasanna . Im currently preparing for my neet pg so i gained some weight in lockdown . For few weeks i have been noticing purple coloured stretch mark on both the flanks . I have attached the image. I jus have these marks and weight gain( as im mostly in home eating and studing) no other symptoms . Is this purple stiae of cushings or jus normal stretch marks sir. In type 1 diabetes Hanymoon phase insulin requirements can be completely off ???( all values are normal fasting - less than 100 , pp is normal and random is less then 90 ) with normal diet and taking sweet many times and with 5 months after diagnosed hba1c goes 4.6 Now 10 months are complete and taking insulin Only for ony 1.5 months ( 20 unit 30/70) premix And all antibody is highly negative ( nill) Is type -1 or type 2 diabetes And symptoms show gradually and weight also decrease very very slowly and with in 10 months 10 kg weight increase please reply
