Hi, I have thyroid issues since 15-20 years current test shows Thyroid Stimulating  - ULTRA 8.38, t3 and t4 are in normal range. i am taking thyroxin 88 still some time having weaknes. leg and hands sheiver please help me with is 88 enough or need to increase the same.

Dear Doctor, My sister has diabetes and also breastfeeding her baby. Since sugar levels was high doctor advised her to take glycomet 1-0-1. But even after taking tablets sugar levels was still little high. So doctor changed the tablet to Reclide Xr 60 in the morning alone and glycoment 500 mg in night. She's also breastfeeding her 18 months old daughter. Will these medications affect the baby in any means?? Kindly advice.

My father has diabetes from last 7 years. He was taking semi reclimet till now and exercising regularly. However, 2020 made him quite lazy and his sugar level increased so doctor recently moved him to reclimet. He is experiencing a lot of side effects of the medicine, like nausea, vomiting sensation, headache, dizziness, etc. which is making it very tough for him to maintain his exercise and diet routine. Please suggest how can we tackle these side effects of reclimet.

Iam tested my sugars recently at good lab. Iam not diabetic. Hba1c 4.9 Mean glucose 95 After 3 days later check my following sugars. FBS 102. PPBS 134 after 2 hrs of little breakfast RBS 96 at evening . Which test i rely on hba1c or FBS and etc. Or suggest any other accurate test. Please suggest. Regards.

My fasting blood sugar is 101.6 mg/dL and HbA1c is 5.8 % Can you please guide me how can I control this as per the prescribed limit according to my age. Kindly guide us in this matter what to eat and what not to eat and exercise etc.

Was diagnosed with 12 hba1c last july. Lost weight and controlled sugar in a month and fbs came 108 and pp 125. After that have been regularly checking sugar after meals and it always remains 115-125 ppbs. Recently starting eating normally with some sweets occasionally and gained weight. Checked blood and fasting is 114 and hba1c is 5.4. What to do?? Fyi - I don't take any medicine. Just normal workout every day
