Hormonal Imbalances

I have been suffering from thyroid for 3 years. My tsh is 8.7 and i am taking 75mcg should i increase my dosage and also i am facing hair loss plz help.

Now my tsh is 2.2,earlier it was - 11,9 over 6 months period. I have started taking thyronorm 25mcg after TSH detected 11,again after 2 months interval the test result was tsh 9 for which i have started taking thyronorm 50mcg,now after 3 months my tsh is 2.2 in normal range ,so can I stop taking thyronorm medication?? Also i am highly active ,daily excercising for 1 hour,getting 8 hours sleep & no digestion issues so far. My TPO antibody tests came as 2.0. & from last month my periods are coming on regular dates.

Hi doctor, I recently diagnosed diabetic all of sudden after 21 days of covid. Sugar level reached till 470. I started met 500 once in day. But it seems.sugar level is static . Fasting sugar is always around 170-180 and PP sugar is around 220-230. My a1c was 6.2 on 25th Feb when I first got Covid. I am worried if such high sugar all of sudden can cause any organ damage now when I am recovering from.covid ??

Can physical or mental stress increase hba1c random sugar is 102 and fasting is less than 100 Please explain in detail

Hi Doctor, In February I lost 4 kg weight and had frequent urination problem, my physician told me to get fasting glucose and PP testing done. On Feb 13th fasting glucose was 125 and PP was 205 (I had a cup of tea with sugar 1.5 hour before testing). My doctor told me to avoid simple carbs and  exercise for at least an hour daily and get the test done again after 1 month. I followed his advice sincerely and get the test done today (March 14th) and my fasting glucose is 145 and PP is 138. My doctor is out of city and I am worried about my health. Please suggest me what should be my next step. Thank you in advance.

Recently I got tested for tsh and found that my tsh value is 1.48 mIU/ml Do I have thyroid? Please help me with this question

My T3 & T4 are coming normal but TSH is high 6.32 ulU/ml. Is medication required or not. Kindly suggest.
