I am diabetic and on medicines since four years. From past few months i am feeling numbness on right foot and arm. It gets worsened at night. Is it diabetic neuropathy? Is there treatment for same?

Yes it may b neuropathy. But usually it occurs both sides symmetrically in diabetes. Treatment for the is first good glycemic control. Once sugars get controlled the numbness will come down. So kindly consult with recent sugar reports.
