My bua's Diabetes level is too high 570 and not decreasing . We have given the attached insulin (1st time). Earlier we use to give Tab Cyblex MV 40.3 daily. But for the past 2 days it is getting worse. In how much time will this insulin work and is it sufficient ?

This is a intermediate duration insulin. This insulin needs to b taken twice daily if not it won’t bring down sugar. So need to take correct medicines in correct dose in correct frequency. So kindly consult with reports.
