Hypothyroidism diet
I have my tsh level beween 4-5 and i am taking thyrox 25mcg.i am keeping my weight under control.but, i got to know that people with hypothyroidism should stop eating wheat,oats,ragi, cabbage and broccoli.should i really avoid them because i eat wheat everyday and other food items frequently.i have low iodine levels is that because of those foods?how can i increase my iodine levels?

U can avoid cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli if u are consuming in raw form. If u are cooking it and having it then there should b no issues. Iodene can be increased by have supplements or iodene rich diet and salt fortified with iodene.
