One report was done in December n only tsh report is done 2 days back so again t3 n t4 is required to diagnose properly

I did tsh report n its 6.38 so now do I need to go for t3 n t4 report as well for proper medication to start of

My wife's HBA1C report 2 days ago reported reading of 7.9, average glucose reading 180 and High HSR. Triglycerides are fine. How high is it, what is the line of treatment recommended, can it be reversed through diet and lifestyle correction and whether she can reverse and not use any medication. How long is the recovery likely to take. Thanks
