Are these diabetes socks and slippers doing any good over normal socks and slippers for patients with diabetes neuropathy ? Should we buy them or ignore these marketting gimmicks

From several weeks I have some problem of vomiting I had operated for ambition of left foot toe Was hospitalized for several day of infection treatment of toe after 2 month of operation After coming back home vomiting still not over What the problem can anyone help

I donated blood. My hemoglobin level increase to 18.6 from 18.2 in just few days. My BP is 150/89 and P = 87. I am worried about my blood platelets count. I studied online it should be in between 11-16gm/dL. I am not a drinker/smoker. I usually take soft-drinks. Other than that i am healthy guy (according to height/weight ratio). Please do tell am i normal? If not please suggest me what i can do to decrease the count.
