Hormonal Imbalances

Hi I have got positive for prediabetes in Glucose Tolerance test. But I don't already intake much of sweets and sugary things. What shall I do now to avoid risk to Type-2 Diabetes? Shall I take any medicine? Thanks in advance.

I am Suffering with Thyroid problem from 6 years. At present my TSH level is in control. But my Anti TPO Antibodies are 260. I am using Thyroxin 62.5 mg daily. I am also suffering with Osteoarthritis( swelling in both knees) I am using Saaz Ds 1mg tablet at morning and Cartiquine 300mg at evening. Is their any relation between Anti Tpo Antibodies and Thyroid and Osteoarthritis? Which treatment is best to control all this disease. Please refer the doctor...Please answer my question....

Oxramet XR 10/500 has been advised. Can we take Glucreta M 10/500 ER or Zucapride M 500 mg SR can be taken and whether it is same of oxramet XR 10 /500
