Hba1c test results is 7.2  .. Glucometer results: 117 & 147( fasting and post meal) what precautions and medications should I take... MAIN ISSUE: consistent weight loss from 74 to 67.85 kg with regular fatigue and visible ageing suddenly....noticeable hearing loss Both my parents had diabetes no other serious issues

Does thyroid testing needs overnight fasting? Or should I get it done like that for subclinical hypothyroidism?

Hi, My mother having diabetes and high blood pressure. She already taking medicine suggested by doctors. From few weeks she having following symptoms: Dry Coughing while sleeping only Chest pain Shortness of breath while Coughing Tiredness No fever Most of the time stomach gas problems What i do.. And  which specialize doctors can cure my mom. She also having allergy of some of medicines.

Recently done a blood test and my fasting blood sugar is 96 mg/dl and post prandial sugar level is 74 mg/dl ... PP sugar level is less than Fasting sugar level... is this normal...Hba1c is 4.9

She is suffering from extreme weakness. Body is not allowing to eat anything. Also, slight fever and cough is there.
