My dad had an injury and developed an ulcer in his right great toe for which he got his wound debridement and the wound healed well . Now he has developed an abscess which is not painful . She has undergone TKR, and was discharged from hospital undergoing recovery at home on antibiotics, other medicines when a steady weakness was detected in her. When admitted she was diagnosed with dyselectrolytemia, hyponatremia with sodium levels as low as 105. What could be the reason for the sudden loss sodium levels even when she came in a perfectly fit condition post OP and can it happen again ? Also her short term memory shows signs of loss, is this reversible?
