Hormonal Imbalances

I have hypothyroid and want to know if i need to fast before the thyroid profile . I have read in some places that it is required to fast and some mention that we can do it at any time in the day .

I just want to ask if how much i am going to pay for laboratories and other fees if i wanted to know if i have hormonal imbalance.

I am suffering unintentional weight loss (muscle loss), i have done Thyroid Function Blood Test. Result Came Total T3= 101 (Range =60-200), Total T4=7.2 (Range 4.5-12.0), TSH= 5.96 (Range 0.30-5.5) TSH is slightly higher, Doctor can you please tell 1.what this increased TSH means? 2.Did thyroid lead to weight loss or something else? 3.What will i do next? How much time should i do exercse per day to reduce pcod???? i m doing gym for 1 1/2 till now.. and wan join zumba classes also.... is dst enough or should i increase?? i am new to exercse....how should i plan my lifstyle to reduce pcod naturally and fast...pls hlp...diet also mention plz... can i take herbal life drinks for fast reduction?? is dat safe!!!

Sir my brother have diabetes from last 5 years. Last Saturday 12th he become unconscious in afternoon, his face and hand become like a pits, he damage his tongue when we checked sugar level it's was 32mg, so we are thinking it's due low sugar. Is it like that or do we need to consult specialist for this, please clarify.me.

Cortisol level down after operation & sugar level increases after removal of left adrinal gland due to tumor.BP level also on higher side now.

My doctor says I have hypoglycaemia. Isn’t that the opposite of diabetes like so many terms are there now what to do what to believe and what not to? Medical terms really scare me though

Sir, i Have Diabetes since 1 year. I think that since i have started taking insulin, my body has started taking toll on my health. I am not the Portrait of my old self. Before i used to go without eating for 5 Hrs. I think that because of diabetes my life has become Quite short. I am totally shattered. I think that there is no reason to live in the World anymore. Wenever i have to eat, i have to take insulin.

I have diabetes. Should I avoid fruit juice? or Should I only take vegetable juice or a mix of both or I should totally avoid juices? if yes, to juices can i take packed ones?
