T3 and T4 normal, but with in 3 months tsh increased to 9.74, previous it was 5.55, last year it was 3.97

You are having Hypothyroidism. You need to start medicine and also avoid few vegetables like broccoli etc. Do you have weight gain, constipation etc. You need consult for complete treatment protocol
