After the celiac disease . I am way too skinny and the only place left to inject insulin is stomach and it becomes difficult as i have to take almost 4 times a day and about 45 units everyday .. stomach is bulging out a little bit . So any measures to make stomach soft or any other measures ... Urgent

Hi.. I am a pcos patient and I am taking Krimson35( a hormonal contraceptive) and vitamin D capsule. Will it be safe to consume biotin (5000 MCG) ..? because I am losing a lot of hair and my hairfall won't stop. Will biotin interfere with any of my medication? Will it be safe to use?

I have heavy and prolonged bleeding with PCOS. When I visited gynecologist, she gave me Diane-35 tablets. I am on second strip now. I will start using the 1st tablet in the strip from 5th day of my period and once the strip is over, I will wait for my periods and so on. I have been doing regular walking exercise of 45-60mins 5 times a week. I have noticed that I have increased 2 kgs in 2 months from 68 to 70kgs now. My height is 5'4''. Is Diane-35 responsible for mt weight gain?
