Hormonal Imbalances

I have tested HbA1C, Suger, cholesterol, cretinine, uric scid and urea. I am taking glimy m1 for suger. Should i change my medicine. I am taking trimacsert for blood pressure. Reports attached.

Dear Sir,TSH is 12.53 for 10 days Baby. can you please suggest treatment process. TSH test was done twice 4th day it was 15.83 and 5th day it is 12.53.

I am 38 years old. Since I was 15 years, I have had: dry skin, ageing skin, depression, memory loss, low immunity, constipation, fatigue, lethargy, weight issue, high cholesterol. Sensitive TSH Serum: 2.65 Free T3: 3.8 Free T4: 16.2 Vitamin D: 5.7. I think I have something called as subclinical hypothyroidism (possibly due to slightly low T3?)

Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with TSH level in 2011 and since then, i was having thyroxin 50 mg and i did improvement in my life style. After medication and better lifestyle it was under normal range. Recently i have done the tests and TSH level has inceased from the normal level by around 2 points. I wanted to know whether i require a higher dose of medication and if so then what should be the power. In my family my mother has hyperthyroidism problem. Sir I am very weak and feel tired all day.. testestorone level is 244.. I m 25 yr old and unmarried...this year only i will be marrying... but i feel myself not in gud condition... health problem is increasing... i am unable to stand for long time... leg back start paining...
