Am I Diabetic, Treatment?
Today on 18th Apr i had my complete body checkup done for the first time, i had a very sedentary lifestyle. My main concern is am i diabetic with the following values: HbA1c: 11.3%; estimated avg: 277.61 mg/dl; glucose fasting 335 mg/dl; PP: 618 mg/dl. I had some blurry vision, feeling lethargic all the time, thirsty all the time, frequent urination. Please help what i should do and eat, suggest some medicine if needed.

Report suggest uncontrolled diabetes and require to start immediate treatment with oral hypoglycemic anti diabetic drugs or insulin.
Only diet and exercise wont help much in such high values of blood sugar levels
