Hormonal Imbalances

I have soiling in left gland.there is some noudles and liquid seen in left gland in ultrasound.i m taking thyorebless tablets on alternate days.sometime size of gland decreases but when i stop medicine it seems to be incrasing in size.there is a smaal solid mass in left gland also feels by touching it.

I just want to know that why my dad is having diabetes medicines after meals and most of the other patients I have seen, they have it before meals.

20 year old young woman is having excessive and dark facial hair. Is it sign off hormonal imbalance? What kind of doctor should be visited for treating this ?

Hello, I got my recent thyroid profile results and the TSH level is about 5.31. The doctor is saying to start the medication .I'm wondering if this can be something that can be controlled by diet and exercise and medication is not necessary.

My mother have diabetes from 10 years and from 6 month's onwards at the time of night full shoulders and neck nerves pain due to this she is not able to sleep and day time no pain We consulted doctors so many times they are writing more tablets after having these tablets she is very sick and we tried physiotherapy also and after having physiotherapy she not able to lift hand heavy pain Please advise how to cure these problems Thanks Anil

Hello, doctor, i am a patient of diabetes and some day before I traveling and just after 1 day my both legs are swelling. so what care I will take and what kind of treatment I will take.

I'm 21 year old and have breasts that are too large for my petite body. As such I don't have any health issues like back pain,etc. but they look very awkward and there's a lot movement when I walk or run. And it is very difficult to do some exercises like rope skipping. They also gain a lot of attention which I don't want. I feel uncomfortable even with my brothers. Sometimez when I lose weight they get reduced a bit but then it is difficult for me to maintain that weight. Please help. I'm very hesitant to tell this to my mother also because I am not very frank with her in such matters. My mother has small breasts.
