Hormonal Imbalances

My wife aged 50ys had undergone LAVH 6YRS back, since then she is suffering from thyroid dysfunction,hot flashes,wait gain,lack of energy, susceptible to frequent fever ,body pain and sinositis. After total thyroid test she had been taking thyroxine 50mg daily once since 4yrs as per doctors advice. She had become very sensitive and gets irritated very often. Since two days she is having dizziness, her BP is 120/70.

I m taking 100 MCG thyroxin daily. Three months back, my tsh was 3.5 Last month, it was 1.10 and now as per the recent report, my tsh has dropped to 0.85. Should I do taking the medicine or reduce the dose. I have also gained 5 KGS in just two months.

Should I eat pomegranate while I am suffering from diabetes or not.what will be the effect of pomegranate

I was diagnosed with blood sugar pp 325 and vit d 11deficiency 6 months back. with H1 ac 6.9...I did not took any medicine and within 1 month my h1ac is 5.6... Fasting 90-115 and pp from 140-200 depending on food..I am taking all my diet except sweets.my problem is that I am having pressure in nose after eating and that makes me dizzy .Even sometimes I am having pressure in nose and forehead but blood sugar was 90-120..And this pressure arises after eating food , help me on this

I have irregular menstrual cycle problem from last 6 months...just I want treatment on this problem..I have don e all the investigation...but it is showing PCOD in the report...

My mother is 52 years old diabetes patient.She suffers from frequent unusual burning sensession in breast, chest and in underarms portion. Have already consulted physician, Gastroenterologist and gynecologist. Multiple possibilities consulted were hormonal changes/acidity/gas. It's been 3 years past her menopause and this pain only increases on occasions.Her- Mammography, Cardiogram and sonography are normal. I am not sure, who can help me with this, please guide. Have been suffering from Thyroid for last 4 years and gradually developed other complications, desperately in need of help

H, actually I have been diagnosed with pcod since feb.,and I was given metital medication also with APCOD-OBIS,though I stopped talking metital due to side effects like dizziness ,headache,weakness, now I started taking the medication again because of I have gained alot of weight lately,so I wanna ask whether to continue or discontinue...pls i need your help on how to loose my weight,I don't have diabetes just little hair In my neck,chest,chin,cheeks and as well all over my body

I have type 2 diabetics I went to a pain management Dr she has been giving me injections , cortizon shots for pain and it has my blood sugar high it's going down , but going down slow.

Have low TSH level of 0.001 , t3 ,t4 remaining normal i am on antithyriod 10mg per day. i am.having some eye pain issue too and low vitamin D. is dizziness and sometimes vertiho , bone pain is common ? feels like some.one is pulling me.while walking. is it normal ? i am.on sntithyriod sinnce 2 months and tsh has raised up to 0.01 .what can i do ? can i eat mutton.having these levels ?
