I m sufferng frm diabtes
I m taking insulin from last 5 month bt there is no major relief to me. i have been following regular diet, excercise bt its not working

Are you taking metformin tablets too? If no, discuss with your doctor regarding this. You need to be on the right dose of insulin too. Review your diet with dietician to see if you can improve. You need regular review with an endocrinologist
