Hypothyroidism

I am doubtful about my baby report about thyroid level initially i check the thyroid tested in which tsh level appeae to be 15.6 for new born baby but then i gave the medicine but had doubt so took the baby for test again within 20 minute after medicine. But report suggest tsh level as 1.66 So what to understand. . Is my baby is suffering from hypothyroidism or not. Can a medicine impact the report within 20 minutes.

Thyroid levels not normal

I got diagnosed with thyroid. My TSH was 124 and T3 and t4 levels are also low. I had Thyoroxine Sodiun 100mcg for past 6 months. But still did not see any change in my TSH , t3 and t4. Can you please suggest me the best medicaction?
