Hi.. I have PCOD.. But from last 3months I didn't get my period and had withdrawal medicine twice but still didn't got my periods. Now my doctor has advised to take ovral G for the withdrawal bleeding. How it is to be taken? With normal water or with warm milk?

I am pcod patient.my prolactin level is soo high, cholesterol level high and my thyroid level is in borderline. i need to loose weight to cure PCOD.also need to reduce those hormon levels. plz help me.

I have been suffering from diabetes since 4 months and I have been advised to use glycomet gp1 . earlier my glucose levels were around 300 to 350 after using medicine it came to 160 post lunch, but after using that tablet I was suffering from acidity , weakness so I stopped taking tablets and I have started taking small meals for every 2 hours. now my sugar level is 150 post and 110 fasting and regularly I am checking my sugar level which is under control is it must for me to use medicine?

I have had diabetes for over 10 years.Gradually over the last few years I've been experiencing a gradually more potent dawn effect (that is to say that my bloodsugar rises when I wake up.)I do not have issues with the bloodsugar prior to waking up, only for about 1-2 hours after I wake up.Regardless of the time of day.Typically I go from 6 mmol/l to about 17 mmol/l before the effect ends, w/o eating.I try to counter with a full meal dose, w/o change.Any suggestions for weakening the dawn effect?
