Recently I have tested again for fasting sugar and result is 110 In my family and grandfather relation no one have sugar patient last 3 generation probably 50 to 70 people in family history grandfather brother generation (papa & mother side both) no one have sugar till now. So my result is 110 is it count diabeties What I need to do leave sugar for now. Kindly suggest

I'm using basugine 100iu in night with 30 units and vildagliptin and metformin combination 50/500 in the morning and night. While using sometimes I feel that hypoglycemia in the nights can I use vildagliptin 50/500 doses in the morning and afternoon, how much time does vildagliptin lasts in the body.
