Hormonal Imbalances

My mother, who is 68 years old, takes medication for diabetes since last 6 months namely sitared md xr 500 (0-0-1) and gemer 1 (1-0-0). The most recent blood sugar reports are attached herewith. Please advise if she should take the same medication for a few more months or if the dosage should be increased or decreased.

My daughter is 11 yrs old . Recently she diagnosed with sugar in urine ,Fasting 212 after eating 367. .pls suggest.

I have acanthosis Nigerians I took a blood test and the result are - FASTING BLOOD SUGAR(GLUCOSE) - 88.1mg/dL HbA1c - (HPLC) - 5.5 % INSULIN - FASTING  -9.71 µU/mL HOMA INSULIN RESISTANCE Index Calculated  - 2.11 QUANTITATIVE INSULIN SENSITIVITY INDEX CALCULATED  - 0.34 Is my acanthosis Nigerians caused by insulin resistance?

Hi My Father is 58 years old and he was diagnosed by diabetes 20 years ago and taking medication. He also has BP and gone forefoot amputation due to gangrene 3 years ago. He developed fever today and says toothache. Now taking paracetamol along with regular medicine. His sugar level was 290 today morning. Kindly advice on medication and any red flags to visit hospital..

The had facing muscle mass since last two year now in blood test my hb1ac is 6.2.and Fasting blood sugar is 115...how it control .Random blood sugar is 131 .Can I use the medicine to control it...plz suggest immediately

I am having test strips in home. When some time urine sugar shows + and some times nil. The colour of strip is remain unchanged. When my sugar is 180 urine sugar is +. While my blood  sugar down around 140 urine sugar is nil. Why this happend

I have recently diagnoised with type 2 diabetis and using merformin 650 sr. My post luc sugar is fine it's around 130 but fasting is 200 Can you please suggest how to manage. I go for a walk daily during night and carb intake also reduce. My hba1c is 8.pls suggest
