Hormonal Imbalances

I am a patient of Ankylosing Spondylosis, Chron's disease or IBD. I was on immunosuppressive medication for 6 years. I was diagnosed diabetes in 2007 . I am unable to digest Metformin. My current medicines are Remo V twice, Imeglyn 1000 mg twice, Vobose 0.3 thrice, Amaryl 2 mg thrice a day. My HbA1c is 8. In last 1.5 years tried 2-3 different medicines but HbA1c is same. Is my congenital disease is playing role in my sugar level? ( My father was diabetic patient) . Want to know can sugar level be under control by medicine or I need Insulin to support.

With eltroxin 25, I'm feeling like both legs chilled..Mainly confined to lower leg. Any suggestions to address the issue please.

Hello doctor.my 3yr old son weighs 13.5kgs. Recently i have noticed he sweats alot as soon as he sleeps on head and face.after sometime he will be ok. Even during cold weather. Also his appetite has increased .but not thirsty all the time. His stomach is also upset since few days..for 2 -3 days had vomiting also but not now. Apart from this he complains of foot pain while walking sometimes. My query is can this be a symptom of diabetes?? Sweating in sleep? There is no family history of diabetes on either side of family. Pls doctor clear my doubt.im so worried. Thank u

I have not had menstruation since July 2023(period end date - 15th June 2023).I am viegin and unmarried TSH,Prolactin-Normal,USG(attached),Hb(checked on 30thNov,2023)-7.7(I have Beta thalassemia trait),Urine routine+C/S-normal Out of LH and FSH,my LH is low..Does low LH cause absence of menstruation?If yes,how to correct it? Please help

My diabetes is well controlled (hba1c is on average under 7) more than 10 yrs. I take glimipiride 1 mg twice & metformin total 2000 mg. But sometimes feel symptoms of low suger. So i want to replace glimipiride by DPP-4. Can you kindly advise mewhich gliptin is best & popularin india?
