Hormonal Imbalances

Sir / Mam, I got my TSH tested multiple times in last 10 months and my TSH was constantly fluctuating  i.e. earlier it was suppressed n then doctor suggested me to go for good diet and then it increased within normal range except yesterday i.e. 3 Jan when it came 5.40 ml. The T3 n T4 Normal in all the reports.  All report values below:- My doctor asked for ANTI TPO Antibodies. The report value 300 IU/ml. Thyroid USG on 25-April-2023 NORMAL What does that mean? Is it permanently curable. 1. 10 February - TSH 0.35 mIU/L, T3- 87.7 ng/dL, T4-7.9 ug/dL 2. 2 April-  TSH 0.28 mIU/L, T3- 0.79 ng/mL, T4-5.06 ug/dL The again i repeated  the test on 24 June with FREE T3 n FREE T4 n  then it came NORMAL the results are as follows:- 3. 24 June - TSH Ultra-sensitive 3.6  uIU/mL, T3- 2.6 pg/mL, T4-1.11 ng/dL Then again today on 29  Oct i did the Thyroid Panel test again n see the values below:- 29 Oct - TSH 7.36  uIU/mL, T3- 0.88  ng/mL, T4-6.98 ug/dL. 30 Oct:- only TSH 3.93 uIU/ml

My father is diabetic , used pressure medicine telmikind 40 for 2years, but this time medical shop give same composition medicine but different company telmed 40, father already took it for 4days, will it cause any problem ?? What to do now??

My husband tested and got diabetes.doctor adviced him istamet medicine 50/500 at morning and evening.is it safe to have at evening.can it cause blood sugar to low at night.kindly reply

My Hba1c is 6.4 before that it was 6.0 should i start metaphormin 500 once dailyor not please advice

My father has been diabetic more than 20 years , age 54 years age, 1st medicine he was given galvusmet 500mg, few months back , as he transfered forced to see others doctor , he changed it , given piopod 15mg and glimstar 1mg, and ft flodart 0.5mg for prostate enlarge, again my father got transferred , now another doctor said medicine like Piopod was given wrongly, he changed it and only prescribe glimstar, and changed flodart and given prostagard 8mg..., While father suger level fasting remain within 115 to 130 from last 1years,  asking for an opinion..

Taking Thyronorm 88mcg from 6 months. Having chest discomfort and fast heart beats. Today tested TSH and is 0.59 ( Lab range 0.34-5.5 ) Do I need to consult for dose change? Theoretically the TSH is normal.

I have hba1c of 7.4 Dr gave me rybelsus 3mg and metformin 2000mg. I started rybelsus last week and feel so nausea throughout the day. Is there any alternative medicines available for rybelsus? Very bad stomach pain and nausea. Not able to eat anything for last one week. And geeks like vomiting all the time. Is rybelsus a necessary medicine to take to reduce hba1c? Is there any alternative medicines for this??

My Hb at present is 6.6,I have Beta thalassemia trait..Doc suggested erythropoietin blood test(report attached) Kindly tell me whether it's normal or not Please help
