Hormonal Imbalances

Last year I was suggested by a doctor to go through my thyroid tests and the result was that I was just on the upper limit of normal level. I followed the medication for 3 months and I felt okay. Now again the symptoms like pre-menstrual spotting, weight gain, stress, insomnia, etc are showing up. Is these the same problem or something else? Is it possible for me to get the thyroid test done without a doctor's prescription? What should I do?

T3=0.51, T4=5.2, TSH=2.40, Taking thyroid be 25 mg, swelling from knee to ankles.

In some places of cheek, very thin beard comes and become bigger in thin only...

Am 49 years old. I have under gone hysteroscopy and have been diagnosed for harmonal imbalance. have been advised to take meprate 20 tablets starting from 16th day so that i ll get periods after 5 days. First time it was quite ok. Second time, i still did'nt get periods till 15 days. I have a feeling that i ll get it anytime. is it ok.

To day i checked sugar test post lunch result is 180mg/dl So im daibetic r not

I have High TSH(7.8) and my bp is also high (140/90) i have done other tests like 2D Echo,Renal Artery,USG but everything was normal i am taking eltroxin 50 but it's not reducing the TSH level as well as BP level. My all other test report is normal except TSH what should i do now?
