I got hypothyroid few months back. Doct suggested 25 mg of thyrohormone.. and my periods r irregular she gave tab for tat also.. I started to do some yoga n excesise for thyroid n to get periods along with medication.. is it possible to cure completely my problem on these..?if yes how many months does it take..

I had visited clinic on Friday, as my reports for thyroid were not correct. So doctor told me to test free thyroid profile again. Now f-TSH: 8.46 f-T3: 2.41 f-T4: 0.72 So now what to do?
