Hormonal Imbalances

I am having Health check up and its shows Vit D3 level 18 and TSH 7.54. 6 months before tsh was 5.39 and Vit D3 around 25. Also Last year Vit D3 10 and TSH 7.52. My Doc suggested to start on TSH which is lifetime. I want to ask you if I wait for Vit D3 to go up and see TSH level. Is it fine to just start Vit D3 and Not Thyroid tablets.

Is it safe for a diabetic person to eat sugarcane? Does it contain glucose?

I have hypothyroidism and my height is not increasing also. I am also obese. Beard not coming properly.

I have PCOD since last 8 years the only issue with PCOD earlier was weight gain but now since last the menses have become irregular and in spite of the regular exercise I am not able to loose weight the other problem with these are hirstiusm , Acne , darkening of Skin , I my self is doctor so assuming that i have developed insulin resistance with lot of hormonal imbalance as well , need to start with Metformin ,but need endocrinologist advice about dose and if it is really required for me

Sir there is some confusion regarding the term two hours AFTER food. Does it mean after starting food / after ending food / or in between. Please explain accurately.
