I am suffering fron dry eyes problem for past few months .. symptoms include - foreign body sensation , burning eyes occassionaly , itching at sides of eyes . Can homeopathy provide a permanent solution to my ongoing problem ??

My known homeopathy doctor was on leave.So I took some homeopathy medicine from another doctor for 1 week. but after that my own homeopathy doctor come. Is it any issue or create any problem if I stop this medicine and start new one from my known doctor.???
