After ossification do bones like fiver, tbia grows?? Is it possible for the bones to grow after the growth plates being ossified?? Please help me out?? If not then why men grows even after 21 of their age??

I have very mild joint pain I suspect this could be because of my stress, depression. I'm just 29 years now. I feel paining in knee and shoulder. No morning stiffness, pain increases in shoulder when I hold a weight and when I walk some distance in knee. No fingers pain. One of the doctor near me prescribed Rheumatox, Homeocal, arni, bry, bio19, rhus tox,. Is these good medicine to take for these symptoms? I have been taking these for a week now. If this is good, how long should I take this medicine and when it will get completely cured?
