Before I used psoriasis by homeopathy , I have psoriasis on scalp , I used homeopathy it gome and , now I still getting psoriasis on scalp again and anybody tell why

I am under medication for hypothyroid which was detected in august 2018 at 456 (TSH) and now it is at 100. My hair growth is recovering but its still very slow. Also the acne marks which generally repairs itself with time are still there... Will my hairs and skin be completely normal ?

Red rashes throught the body with itching and  particularly in morning and  evening.Have been  taking urtica urens 30 since one week (4 times a day 20 drops at one time) but no relief. Before this I used to take cetrizine tabs daily once/twice.

I have ringworms on my thighs and belly from past 2 months. Symptoms included heavy itchiing and also some of them would bleed on a hard itch. Local doctors adviced me to take Itraconazole capsules and an OTC cream namely Ketoconazole. I had been on the treatment regularly but symptoms reoccured with heavy itching and red bumps around the ringworms, on stopping the capsules. I started the treatment again but I wish to switch to homeopathic treatment. I believe homeopathy can handle my infection easily. Please advice me a homeopathic ointment and medications to cure my disease

My mom is 54years old... She has a swelling in his left collarbone from last 10monthes.. No pain or anything... She was taking calcarea phosphorica 6x and calcarea fluorica 6x from 8mknth but no improvement is there... Please suggest any medication or what to do... Please see the attached photo
