Hands keep trembling all the time( not while he sleeps) and has problems in balancing his body while walking

I have dry ekshima from 5 years in my legs . Now this is spreading. I have 1.5 yrs daughter.. I fear that this diseases may harm her.. I used trfy tab ,& trfy oniment but did not get solutions.

I have itching on plam/fingers,leg,skull with pimples.somtimes on body..red skin after scratching the itching part.

I am having asthma kind problem. Having breathing problem from past 2 months. But not sure about whether I have asthma or not. Pls suggest should I go for homeopathy or not. Or what I am supposed to do.

My sister was treated GKRS surgery in 2017 .then tumor size was 3.1* 2.2*2.4 ...after 2 years latter tumour size is 4.2* 3.6*3.4 . Now Surjery doctor says again should be Surjery done. My questions is can possible to stop tumour growth cell by homeopathy medicine.?

.  मानासिक- जो एक बार दिमाग के चलता है , बार बार चलता रहता है - जैसे कोई टॉपिक हो उस पर पचासों पर स्टडी करता हु, जब तक उसके गहराई में न चला जाऊं।  कोई चीज़ जैसे पर्श या चाभी कई बार चेक करता हु और एक बात मेरे दिमाग मे कई दिनों तक चलता रहता है जैसेया किसी ने इंसल्ट या आलोचना कर दिया तो उससे नफरत हो जाती है और उससे दूर हट जाने का मन करता है और कई बार उससे दूर चला भी जाता हूं। या उसे सबका सीखना चाहता हु उसका इंसल्ट करके।या कआलोचना करके।और कभी नही कर पाता हूं तो कल्पनाओ में जाकर उसका आलोचना दूसरे से करता हु।मैं इंसल्ट और आलोचना बहुत कम बार बर्दास्त कर पाता हूं। 2  मेरे सर में सेंसेशन होता है जो पूरे शरीर मे फैल जाता है दिन में 4-5 बार लगभग होता है।ये सेंसेशन तब ज्यादा होता है जब कोई सुंदर महिला मेरे सामने से गुजरती है तो एक हल्का सा सेंसेशन सर से पूरे शरीर में फैल जाता है। जैसे एक झटका की तरह हो। हिस्टीरिया तो नही हो रहा है सर्। 3  मैं किसी पब्लिक स्पीकिंग करना हो, या मेरा बिज़नेस मीटिंग में रिव्यु होने वाला हो या मेरा एग्जाम या इंटरव्यू हो तो मेरी एंग्जायटी एंड हार्ट palpitation बढ़ जाता

I took homeo medicine for cough. They have given a powder and told to mix it with tea cup of water and drink. And I did not check that has to be drink for every one hour one teasppon. Full tea cup I drank. Will it cause any effects. Pls let me know
