When is to take rite hite tablets either empty stomach or after the meal and how much is the dosage of table . And it is correct to take phytolacca along with the rite hite

Hello Gluten can cured with homeopathy or not

I've had bleeding earlier for 3 days. After which it stopped. I'm taking a stool softener changed my eating habits to more fibrous food. I still have pain at one point while defecate. Using reckweg r13-piles drops every 3/4 hours. Is this the right approach? I also walk 30mins everyday since the past 3 days.

Hi Doctor, i am having pain on my left arm ita seems to be muscle pain when i raise side ways and hold side ways. If i stand with my back touching wall and shoulder blade, neck and elbow touching wall with that position if i try to riase both my arms up keep touching wall my outer muscle elbow pain. Other wise i dont feel any pain in doing any movement picking load.
