Then we took a CT scan with contrast which had the following impressions: completely atrophic pancreas with fatty replacement of the pancreatic parenchyma.Dilated pancreatic duct(7mm) with large chunky calculi within the duct in the neck. The doctor advised for surgery as the stones were big and might become risky later, right now she doesn't have any pain. kindly advice if it's possible to cure without surgery. I am suffering from hemorrhoids for past 8 months. Initially it was only external piles. But a month back I was diagnosed with internal piles too. The left side of the anus has swollen largely and there's lots of pain. After 2 weeks of homeopathic treatment(medications are still continuing) I found that the upper skin has started peeling off and little blood and sticky pus is being discharged from that part.
