Not sure why you came to a diagnosis of non allergic rhinitis!
Its common symptom of allergic rhinitis and sensitive to temperatures esp.... As your symptom is running nose, its in its budding stage. Better to start Homoeopathy and can be cured completely within 3 months without recurrency.
As I am an Allergy specialist( mentioned in my profile ), this is one of the easiest case with great scope. Go ahead with homoeopathy than taking antihistamines and later to inhalers....
