Hi, After my 2nd delivery from c section I got anal fissure 2 months after my baby born. Now it's been 1 and half year and it recurred 4 times. First 2 times I got it with blood but now there is no blood but there is intense and sharp pain while passing stools. Earlier with diet and by using duphalac syrup somehow it got controlled within around 10 days. But this time it's been 3 weeks but still feeling pain while passing.
