I had ibs type issue in 2021-22 It came normal in 2023 . I took homeopathy and allopathy both but it came fruitless then I totally shifted to homeopathy. Meanwhile I did multiple USG but it came normal. In 2023 it came mild fatty liver in both USG and lft test. Then I took allopathy but there was no improvement so I totally moved on and only took homeopathy treatment. My last two lft test is normal ibs also normal . Still I feel gasy and gastro pain here and there and pain in liver surrounding area. All time feel gasy and bowel movement in stomach . Feeling good after belching and latrine but I never stay without any stomach related problem . What should I do now?
