Why Antibiotics Alone Often Fail in cases of perianal abscess :
Lack of Blood Supply: The center of an abscess has no blood flow. Since antibiotics travel through the bloodstream, they cannot reach the bacteria inside the pus.
The "Masking" Effect: Antibiotics may reduce the surrounding redness and fever, making you feel better temporarily, but the "core" of the infection remains
Next Steps
In homeopathy, there are specific medicines used to manage abscesses. A homeopath may use these either to abort the abscess (if caught very early) or to hasten the drainage naturally. Hepar Sulph , Silicea, Belladonna, Myristica are few helpful remedies
Health Tips
Sitz Baths: Sitting in a tub of warm water with a little Epsom salt or a few drops of Calendula Q (homeopathic mother tincture) for 10–15 minutes several times a day can help relieve pressure and encourage natural drainage.
Don't Squeeze: Never attempt to squeeze a perianal abscess, as this can push the infection deeper into the pelvic tissues.
Check for underlying causes: it is important to rule out digestive issues like Crohn’s disease or diabetes
